Flights will only be confirmed upon receipt of acceptance of these terms & conditions either by email or fax, AND receipt of proof of payment. Credit card authorizations are accepted. Our bank details are as follows:

- The cost stipulated on this quotation is inclusive of VAT and all related flying costs including helicopter, fuel, pilot, landing fees.
- Additional costs may be incurred due to passenger induced delays and / or passenger induced changes to the itinerary; as well as any delay or diversion due to adverse weather, or instructions from Air Traffic Control, or other factors beyond HELI’s control that may affect the safety of the passengers, aircrew and or aircraft.
- Flights are weather dependent and are strictly subject to aircraft and pilot availability. To ensure flight reservation, it is recommended to confirm flights and make payment a week in advance.
- All flights cancelled prior to take-off from Cape Town International Airport due to adverse weather conditions, are entitled to a full refund.
- All other flights may be subject to a cancellation charge.
- This quotation is valid for a period of 30 days from the above date. Quotations issued further in advance are indicative only.
- This quotation is subject to all relevant overflight and landing permits being obtained prior to departure. Permits will be applied for once confirmation of the flight has been received. In the event that the flight is cancelled after permits have been applied for, the cost of these applications will become payable by the client. Whilst HELI will do all in its power to secure the necessary overflight and landing permits, it will not be held responsible for either late or refused permissions.
- HELI does not accept any responsibility for consequential injuries or damages that may be suffered by the client due to breakdown, diversion or other factors beyond its control. HELI will make every effort possible to avoid or minimize such occurrences.
- Dangerous Goods must be declared. If goods are incorrectly packaged and/or do not have the correct documentation, carriage will be refused.
- Smoking is not permitted aboard any flights.
- Clients are responsible for payment of pilots meals, transport and accommodation, where applicable.
